Hex: Ruin notifications broken

Description of the issue: I was playing on Gas Heaven, and the killer (Hag) had Ruin. I did a Ruin check by letting go of the gen. It did the typical Ruin regression noise, but did not give me the curse HUD notification. Further, once I found and destroyed the totem, it did not make the explosion noise that always accompanies a Hex totem being destroyed.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Try playing with a Hag with Ruin on Gas Heaven?
How often does this occur: First time for me.
