PC - Unable to Pick Up a Survivor when downed on hook

Likes the Title said. When you hooking someone and other surv trying to rescue him and get downed to the dying state and crawling to the hook you cant pick up the downed survivor. You dont get the prompt to pick up.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor
Step 4 : Trying to Pick Up the new downed Survivor while the old one is on hook.
