my rank for survivor will never reset back to 20 but when i play the rank will keep going down and will never reset when its suppose to. And i don't know how to fix it because i know i'm not good enough for my rank but i cant fix it and it won't reset.
this happens every month when i get a rank reset it will stay the same and never go back to rank 20.
