Object of Obsession Minor Change
Hey there!
I think by this point it's pretty well understood that OoO is a bit overpowered in SWF contexts. It'd be fine if one survivor got the benefit of knowing where the killer was at the expense of the killer knowing where they are, but in a good SWF team the entire team gets that benefit and the only way to stop it is to tunnel the object and ignore the other survivors, who will be completing the objectives.
I really wish this perk could simply be reworked to do something different, but in the interest of providing something that could be used while the rework is drafted, I think there's a simple change that could help out and is hopefully not that hard to implement (although I'm no game dev):
Could OoO be active only when the survivor is uninjured? This would provide some counterplay for the killer AND force the SWF to keep the object healed up, slowing their ability to rush objectives that the killer isn't moving towards...
A harsher solution would be to deactivate OoO once the object has been hooked, but that might be too harsh, I dunno. My goal is to make the perk still useable, but provide some counterplay so that it's not a no-brainer on any good SWF.
Just a thought!
