Are these programs bannable?

do you know if programs like L00P are bannable? ( tells what killer you are against and their hrs + actual ping )

    Seemingly it is innocent but It kinda seems like a problem especially as you get higher rank and the pool of people you go against gets smaller. Especially if it tells you if the killer is a streamer and you can stream snipe them for information that you should have never been able to get during the course of a match. Imagine if for example the killer is streaming spirit and you see they aren't using stridor as a 4 man swf you could all put on iron will and spine chill and have a close to cakewalk just because you can see information you shouldn't know.

    You can't get banned just by using them because the anti-cheat can't detect them to my knowledge, but it's an unfair advantage so if the developers or moderators somehow found out from videos or screenshots of your desktop, you might get banned.

    TL;DR: Bannable, but almost undetectable.
