Game Needs More Free Content!

I understand that developers need money and they are trying to make money on the game, on the other hand, it’s not clear why recently only paid content has been added to the game (not counting Maps) and this is sad! Developers could devote at least some money and time to free chapters, as was the case with the Huntress and Bill. It would have a very good effect on the game

    If the release free content - neat. But you shouldn't expect them.

    This was a very long time ago before the game really got big, most people wouldn't have even heard of the game back then.

    Now however they have extra room for profit, and personally I don't mind spending €10 every three months for a killer and survivor.

    Free content you get:

    -New perks from shrine.

    -Cosmetics from rift.

    -Cosmetics for shards.

    -New non licensed killers, for shards.

    -New maps.

    -New non licensed survivors, for shards.

    -I would say that playing against new killers is also new content.

    -New mechanics.



    Did i missed something, or is it all?

    With the exception of licence chapters every killer and survivor can be bought with shards aka for free.

    If you don't want to go through the effort of leveling up characters or spending shards on a character when you only want one of their perks you could just get free teachables on the shine.

    If you want to style up your character you can literally get free cosmetics in the store for iridescent shards


    Dead by daylight has had a total of 2 free chapters that being last breath and lullaby.

    Giving you access to to Nea and the nurse and David King and the huntress respectively

    If you are on console you also got of flesh and mud and Sparks of Madness included in the price

    Giving you access to to Ace Visconti and the hag as well as Doctor and Feng Min

    That literally means for PC players you have had 2 DLCs and console players have had four.

    Not to mention the Left 4 Dead paragraph which give you access to Bill

    Seriously what else more do you want when you make a post like this you literally come off as very entitled
