Uncleansable totem spot

Found this hex totem which turned out to be Lullaby and it was uncleansable. Didn't get a cleanse prompt. None of the survivors were able to cleanse it.
Found it in Lery's in the corner of the map. Lery's is such a maze it's hard for me to pinpoint exactly where, so I hope the provided photo is good enough.
