Support Live Chat
While having a Support team in the first place is generally good, it'd be more efficient for your team and the customer to have some sort of live chat for quick solutionfinding. Since there are people there, working at the support desk, why not put in a small chat window, where people that have issues can just text the others directly?
Things needed would be a chat window, some sort of upload function for .txt/.jpg/.jpeg/.png files and or savefiles and thats it.
I am currently waiting myself for a reimbursment for some lost progress that i'd like to regain and i'm seriously wondering if you havent lost like 100+ hours of progress it's even worth to text. It's been 19 hours already with just "Additionally, please make sure to close the game. We will be crediting your account directly with Bloodpoints, and it's possible that this may not go through if you have the game running while these Bloodpoints are being credited. Please refrain from opening the game for at least 24 hours after you receive word that the Bloodpoints have been awarded."
This means i have to wait (at MINIMUM 43 hours to play again) if the e-mail comes right now.
I hope that Support Live chat will at some point be a thing.
