Switch now unplayable: lags, random repositioning on map, unable to use commands etc

Problem started about a week ago on Nintendo switch. It started by having small freezes when within a match, for example running and then the screen will jitter and you will be slightly repositioned somewhere else. Now it has escalated to commands being unresponsive (like trying to repair a gen), or happening but you've lost the ability to see it, and the game unable to register your skill check. In particular, I will start to repair a gen, it won't do anything, but then I'm frozen in front of it while it continues to repair and give skill checks, which then explode bc I'm frozen, and gives my position away to the killer and I can't move still. Today, I was hooked on one part of the map, but then was warped to the other side of the map not even on a hook, and when freed remained there (attached photo)

. I was also injured when being chased by a killer without them having done that yet (Or maybe they did and my game / screen didn't register it). Other issues also include progress on healing and repairing generators jumping backwards and so increasing the time. This is happening in every. single. game. and has become completely unplayable!
