Steam's success "Mad house"

Hello !
Few months ago, I tried to do the steam's success :
Mad House : In a public match, bring the 4 survivors to insanity Tier 3 at least once in the same match.
Unfortunately, every time I brang the 4 survivors to insanity Tier 3, that didn't unlock it. I tried one time to do it for all survivors in the same time, nothing happened too.
I sent a message about this problem but I'm not sure if this steam's success is working now.
