Instead of opening exit gates, a chopper comes to a static random position for a short period of time after a random delay, then a ladder is dropped down and survs must climb it to escape (pressing A+D fast)
Extra twist: if the killer finds the ladder can cut it (or other outcomes)
Inb4 only for outdoor maps. This feat could be a killer and/or surv offering, just randomly or even a new game mode
