Stuck in random areas

Hi,
My friends and I have noticed that we're getting stuck in rocks, trees and walls more often than usual. Today the killer I was playing against messaged me to say he was stuck too, in a wall outside the asylum. Seems to be happening more frequently. We can turn, crouch and killers can attack but we can't move away from the spot we're glued to.
