Floating hooked animation while moving nowhere near hook

Encountered this bug on Sunday May 24, 2020 on the PS4. I was having some connection issues after being unhooked by another survivor. Then when another survivor was hooked, it also put me into the hooked animation. It also put me into the unhooked animation at the end when the other survivor was unhooked. The recording also had a loud high-pitched ringing so I muted the audio. I'm not sure if that's part of the bug or maybe interference from my headphones, but I did not hear it while playing.
