Dead Hard Not working

Has dead hard ever not worked for you? You press e then bam your down and you have a cooldown or even the text pops up to say you dead harded?
If so could you link a screenshot here! I'd love to build a large collection of screenshots so we can finally get them to fix dead hard to work better. Like a 5 second Borrowed time is my idea anyway.
