Xbox - killer movement speed

Ever since the last update, I literally cannot catch up to any survivors, even ones that are not using speed boost perks. Seems to be happening with every killer I played (Spirit, Freddy, Doctor, Legion, Piggy, Nurse). Even just walking around, everything feels like it’s moving slower than normal. I usually have no problem getting 3k and 4K, but now i’m lucky if I sacrifice one or maybe two if they killed themselves on hook. This isn’t normal. Killer is pretty much unlplayable right now. I can’t get close enough to hit anyone.
