Invisible hex totems

I'm going to start this off by saying I have played this game long enough to know where most totems spawn on most maps. This seems to happen more often on the yamaoka residence/ the swamp when the killer is using HEX: Huntress' lullaby.
last match I was against an Oni on the Swamp (Pale rose) with Ruin and Lullaby, and I couldn't see either of them, and at the end of the match I asked where the totems were, and the killer said they were both at the endge of the map, the first place I checked.
