Stuck on the edge of the hill

Happened to me on Backwater Swamp (as shown in the video), and to a friend on MacMillan (same spot on the hill). Fortunately I was able to push my friend off (appearently that works sometimes).

Steps to reproduce: Literally just walking and maybe crouching once, I don't remember.
