decing after using "dead hard" and being stuck in the killers view

After using dead hard, which didn't trigger and then decing I ened up in the after game chat with not the normal surviver running out of the game background, but the killers view.
I could see how he was hanging and running after the other surv, I'm not sure if the game registered me as being dead.
After some minutes the killer came back to my dead body and somehow it stoped.
I have a Viedeo if the devs are interested or need it.
