Speed bug/infinite speed

So me and my friends were playing SWF we were against a Huntress and late game she hit me whit her axe and at the same time my game lagged for a moment and you know that when the killer hits you get have a speed boost for a few seconds well because of the lag that my game froze on I got infinite speed boost for the remainder of the game.

If it's possible to re-create it it's will be very broken and unfair. I have tried to re-create it in custom to see if it can be done and haven't been able to. Its probably a bug the happens every blue moon
