How many would be in favor of buffing the nurse since she is a low tier killer?

The nurse is, and will probably always be, the strongest killer in the game. Which is why she's often played perkless by Nurse mains.
The main issue that I see with the Nurse after her rework is that she's now more frustrating to play, she certainly isn't weak.

Who said Nurse is a low tier killer?
The only place I've ever seen her considered as such was on console, and that was simply due to a combination of the low/inconsistent frame rate and the lack of precision offered by a controller (Huntress suffered from similar problems on console).
Her rework did lower her strength a little bit, but not enough to stop her from dominating when used effectively. My observation is that it seems to have made learning to play Nurse significantly harder while not fazing those who were already proficient with her. Nurse's skill floor changed, but her skill ceiling didn't.

I'm red rank survivor on PS4. I rarely come across a Nurse and when I do it's not often it's a Nurse that's a challenge. Usually everyone is able to easily loop her and all 4 escape unless she camps and no one has BT. She could use some love on console, especially with cross play coming, because right now she's pretty meh as a killer there.

It's not that she isn't super nerfed... it's just not fun to play her anymore. The numbers might be "the same" but I assure you a double cooldown isn't fun it makes the game way too serious... not every match has to be a tournament.
If they're going to be lazy and just slap a cooldown on top of fatigue they need to make her a 110 killer like huntress.
IMO that would be stupid but they made it where new players don't even want to learn her because it's just a bad time, experienced nurse mains just adjusted and still use her as an OP killer so either undo this god awful basekit nerf, keep the addon nerfs, and maybe penalize fatigue more or actually put time into a rework (which would probably end up ruining her concept to begin with)
I play survivor more than killer, and if it means anything I don't mind getting one or two nurses which I know I am going to lose to because they blinked 4 times and downed half my team at the start of the match. At the end of the day it gives me a chance to learn how to play better or at least die quickly and get another match. Let players have a little control here, it's worked with huntress addons, why do we not see an iri hatchet belt every game? It's not because they aren't on the blood web its because players DC/Quit against it, killer doesn't have fun then, ergo killer isn't really incentivized to use it. Same logic applies to nurse basekit, she wasn't common enough to come by to warrant stripping all joy from playing her. It seemed really sloppy and a low effort attempt to appease whiny survivors who's ego can't take a loss once in a while.
Also whoever thought of the 3 blink add-on making it where she can't blink through walls??? It's an ULTRA RARE, on par with INSTA KILL HATCHETS, TOMBSTONE, SLOWDOWN FREDDY, ETC. You need to be fired. That's just awful.
Sorry for the rant tl;dr give nurse back her basekit, maybe penalize fatigue a bit more if you feel it's necessary, and overall cooldowns on anyone ruins fun.

I really do want to play as nurse but I play on Xbox one and nurse is just so hard to play for me. It is too one sided that she is limited to 2 blinks at a time and she has THE MOST INTENSE PALLET STUN HIT BY A TREE SURVIVOR ESCAPES recoil in the game after teleporting. Decrease the stun please God nurse should not be stunned after teleporting since she's the slowest killer in the game.
Maybe I'm just bad though but having limited blinks, a massive stun after teleporting, being slower than survivors and glitchy weird teleporting mechanics makes her the hardest killer to play and the most irrelevant in comparison to hillbilly or spirit.

Remove blink recharges on mobile and console. That is all, nothing else.
