Boil over does not act struggling effect and can't get rift reward tier 35

Hello,
Yesterday, I play Dwight with Boil over III against The Nurse. when I tried to struggle, 75% struggling effect does not active on The Nurse. First time that she pick me up, game is lag for a bit and after that Boil over does not act its effect. I know because The Nurse can walk straight!!
And I can't get the rift reward tier 35. I remember when I got tier 35, there's window up said: error... something and I didn't get any reward.
These all happen on real sever.
