When will the cosmetic contest winners be releases?

So, the devs recently announced the cosmetic contest winners, but does anyone know when they will be released?
How long did it take for them to be released last time?

Usually they take a few months. Remember the elephant clown skin? That was a contest winner, and it was only released last January/Febuary in the archives.
