Parties are bugged... "An unknown error occured" always happening

So recently I've been trying to play with my friends in a 3-4 man party but on my end it seems to be bugged, as in I'd ready up and it shows I'm ready on my screen but on their screen they don't see that I'm ready/on my screen they're not ready. I constantly have to open and close the game and it doesn't guarantee that it'll work most of the time. And when I leave the party it'll always say "an error occured". please help this is getting tiring
