Delayed movement input

• Platform: PC
• Description of the issue: In random intervals my movement input will be delayed, i.e. Moving forward in stutters, strafing left/right longer than I've actually used the key. This is not a network connection issue, nor is it faulty hardware.
• How often does this occur: Every 20-40 seconds.
Also I must note that several of my friends are also experiencing this, but it's not something everyone is presently dealing with.
