Survivors are able to get on the hook so the killer is forced to dc to end the game.

You can win if:
There is only one person on the hook, so you can start egc, which kills them.
Or, you could open an exit gate if they are powered to kill them with egc.

Each screencap shows a different survivor on top of a hook within the same match, so that's at least two survivors on top of hooks. Unless the third survivor actually finishes the gens to power the gates, there's no way for the killer to force the match to end.
