The Timer of DS should be paused in the Killers TR. Its like an Invite to Slug if they dont pick up.

DS is in no need of a buff, and this would encourage the player who is running Decisive Strike even more to get into a chase.

So you want what, infinite god mode?

Slugging is one of the only reliable counters to DS, and most smart killers will either eat the DS strategically or slug. If you bring DS, you should expect to be slugged - you can't reasonably expect your opponents not to try to counter it if they know or suspect that you have that kind of power in your arsenal.
