Balance Suggestion, you maybe never heard of...

since many people already have suggested many Ideas about balancing Perks on both sides, i would suggest a few new mechanics for balancing the game. These are just a few ideas that are (of course) not balanced yet, but would make the game more interesting AND counteracts some disbalances of the game, so lets dive right into it!
First i wanna mention, that the main problem the game is currently facing is, that the survivors are at rank 20 the weakest and at rank 1 the strongest (especially SWF). Most of the killers are strong at rank 20 and the closer you get to rank 1 it's becoming very stressful. This goes up to that point where generators are being rushed in under 7 minutes if the killer doesnt apply enough pressure (and if the survivors are being honest, it is underwhelming, genrushing every second game, without difficulties. At least for me). The killrates the Devs are often talking about are that high because of the lowranks(rank 20-12), where survivors dont know how to abuse pallets and stuff like that.
So the challange is, that the game needs to be addjusted in a way, that the survivors just get a few more things to do, while the killers get (a little bit) stronger while climbing the ranks.
However my suggestion is that the devs could implement certain events that are triggering after the game lasted for a certain period of time. For example at certain ranks (below rank 5) the survivors go to a certain place to receive a buff or just receive many bloodpoints (maybe even for a fifth category, besides altruism etc..). The killer has more time to get back in control of the game and the survivors just get more things to do, while not being nerfed.
Other suggestions would be, that in order to finish the last generator, the survivors need to find a certain item, while its location isnt known to the killer and that there are more Pallets being added to the maps (around 15-20), BUT they are less strong. That way rank 20 survivors have more options to distract the killer, while rank 1 survivors cant abuse strong pallets as much.
Furthermore the skillchecks could be adjusted, or even reworked completely and made more challanging and difficult, like a short minigame, instead of just pressing space in the right moment. (Lets be honest, that didnt change since release and could rly be adjusted in 2020+ ;) )
For the killers side, i would suggest, that the closer the killers are to rank 1 they can choose between certain buffs (move a little faster, or faster regressing gens) or even achieve a 5 perk slot on certain ranks (maybe same for survivors? thats for you to discuss) . That way the players rly get rewarded gameplaywise, for playing in the highranks. Or the killers could unlock a secondary ability (because in year 2025, there will be 50 killers ;) ), it would add an additional level of strategy to the game, because in the beginning the survivors dont know which ability you have.
I play both survivor for 500h and killer for 500h now and i rly enjoy this game since its release but I think it's very difficult to balance for both sides without overbuffing one side. Additionally, I think that fresh air for the game (with new mechanics) is always a nice thing to have, to motivate in the long run.
