3.7.2: couldn't hit a crouching survivor

just had a game where a survivor snuck up behind me and pushed me into a corner, and thus was pushing against me, but when I turned around I couldn't hit them unless I moved my view all the way down. We were on even ground. If my reach can hit a survivor a meter away in front of me, I'd expect it to hit a survivor crouching right in front of me, too!
