[PC] Ghost Survivor that was recently unhooked can be hit and damaged

Perks: BBQ, Ruin, Pop, Sloppy
Map: Gas Heaven
Frequency of Issues: Possibly a one time thing, but might be repeated with bad latency.
Seems like the game thought Claudette was still on the hook which allowed me to hit her far away from where she actually was. Perks like BBQ still considers her to be far away from the hook though, so maybe it's just latency and my client that thinks that she was still there when in reality she was elsewhere entirely?
