streetwise buff to 50-75% from 25%

i think this perk is very rare to see and its obvious why saving 25% to flashlight adds only 2 seconds (where 8 default for example yellow flashlight) and you waste perk slot for that 50 or 75% would make this perk more commonly used what you guys think? this perk harmless and not meta so i hope devs would think on that

definetely not 50-75, i dont wanna see infinite flashlights, infinite toolboxes and medkits
maybe 30 or 35.
