Geting stuck on the tile

It happend on PC
In some maps like Mother's Dwelling or The Temple of Purgation there is a spot on the hills right between the edge and tree that gets you stuck. It happens if you try to walk over it you get stucked and stayed that way untill killer downs you.
It is not first time it is happening to me. Ususally if you crouch and move around a tree evading killer that can happens.
