Totem Impossible to Cleanse in Lèry's Memorial

Hi, I've attached a video clip where you can see a totem spawn point inaccessible to the survivor in Lèry's Memorial Institute. My platform is PS4, and this is the first time I encounter such an issue. Hope it helps.

We had the same problem today, you could not cleanse it (don't know if it's the same spot, bc I can't open the video)
