(PC) Doctor's Static Blast doesn't Stop Survivors from Performing Interactions

- PC.
- In the loading screen there's a tip that says "Shock Therapy or Static Blast prevenst Survivors from doing any interactions for 2.5 Seconds after using them." Well, this isn't true.
- Use your Static Blast and try to vault/drop pallets/open exit/etc. immediately after that.
- Everytime.
