3.7.2: crazy crash left DCed players active

just got this crazy bug. Namazu crashed repairing a gen (I could still see him working on the gen after it was repaired, and it didn't count as a DC until I tried to grab him), and it looks like panda had a similar crash, but I didn't find and grab him, so his status was left as connected. After I hooked one surv that left only one with no hatch available, and I eventually found and sacked her. At that point the game ended, even though Panda still showed as active.
