So in the third picture where the med kit is, thats where i went to heal a dwight who was in dying state, as soon as i clicked to heal, i was teleported up there and nurse couldn't hit me and dwight wasn't able to get behind and heal, these are the best screenshots i could grab as i was stuck. i could only turn and crouch, couldnt walk or anything

Forgot to mention this was on PC and first time its happened but will be careful on this map for now
