Survivor teleported under basement stairs

I was playing as Deathslinger and I pulled a Jane out of one of the lockers on the Crotus Penn Asylum and hooked her in the basement, when I pulled her out she became invisible but I could still hook her, and when I did she was still invisible. I later messaged her friend to tell them of the issue and he told me that she was under the basement stairs. She was still able to be unhooked but she was still under the stairs, even adrenaline worked and she got healed a health state. I sadly took no pictures or recordings of this happening.
