Will chapter 16 come out tomorrow or next week?

Many gaming websites have already said it releases the 16th, and Mathieu said the day of the PTB launch that it would release in 3 weeks, so the most likely date is probably the 16th.

Given the usual cycle between PTB and release, it's probably either next week or the week after.
