[New Suggestion]: Entity that does not absorb survivors' lifes

Descriptions: Currently there is a small problem in the game on the side of the killer, very often the killer who wants to kill a survivor remains there all the time near the hook that with some killer especially with the cannibal or with the herdsman remains with the saw turned on in front to the hooked survivor and wait in front until the survivor dies.
An idea to improve this problem, and that if the killer remains more than 10meters from the hook for more than 5-10 seconds, the entity must be angry with the killer and make sure that the survivor's life always remains full without ever go to the second stage, so the killer, instead of playing, can camp a bit 'of time.
