New Game Mode/Killer gameplay perk
I've thought about what the devs spoke of a while back about granting mori's without offerings or perks, but this was originally thought of as a perk idea so that's how I'll describe it although it can be reworked into a game mode.
The Hand of Death
No hooks will spawn. When a survivor is healed from the dying state without escaping from your grasp, gain a token. when you have 9/7/5 tokens or all survivors are in the dying state, grants the ability to kill survivors by your hand.
I thought about an ability also that a killer could have that allowed a survivor to use skill checks to avoid damage.
Deadly Clash
Grab a survivor to cause a struggle for their life. cause 3 skill checks with decreasing difficulty if missed and increasing difficulty if successful. If one skill check is missed, the survivor is injured (If the survivor is already injured, this skill check is skipped and only two skill checks will occur). if two are missed, the survivor is inflicted with dying. if all three are missed, the survivor is killed. Add-ons can change the difficulty of certain skill checks or can automatically inflict one state of damage. Unnerving Presence doesn't effect these skill checks.
