Julie's lore won't play

I'm on PC, went in the archives to listen to the new lore I unlocked for Julie's "Soldier's of Mayhem" Storyline, but every time I hit play, it just stops. No audio just stops as if I had hit the stop button myself. I restarted my game to see if this would fix it, tried exiting then re-entering the archives to see that would fix it. And nothing, its just busted, and won't play any of julie's entries.
