Cannot move away from hook after being unhooked on a Coldwind map

Sorry I can't remember exactly which coldwind map this was, but after getting unhooked I was unable to move away from the hook at all. Just kinda stuck there. Luckily the killer was cool about it and was able to 'release' me from that little square of area by downing me and picking me up, and carrying me somewhere else. After that, everything was back to normal. I have no idea what caused this.
