You searched where? Just by putting matchmaking in search box gives you several threads to go through about how bad matchmaking is at the moment and most of low ranked and new players (I am one of them) agree with you because they are the ones it hurts the most. There is new MMR based matchmaking coming up in near future. I've seen claims it is coming out this month but I haven't seen any verification for this.
