Survive with friends separation (Xbox)

This happens about 75% of the time. When playing survive with friends we either A. Cant see each other in the lobby or B. Get separate lobbies in entirely. Most of the time it’s A then B. The only way I’ve gotten around this is to restart the game but it happens again right after. Please fix, I’ve dealt with this for about a month now.
