Game jumping to 2nd monitor

This issue just recently started where I start the game on the main monitor it starts loading when I click once it jumps to the second monitor.
When I put the game in windowed and pull it over to the main monitor and hit and button it jumps back to the 2nd monitor?
Any ideas? Drivers are all up to date.
