How come Sole/Last Survivor was changed?

Before the update on perk, When I used Sole/Last survivor it was used so i couldn't be detected by any of the killers area reading perks. After the update on perk I really can't use it at all.
P.S- it only active when killer(s) have a nurse's calling &/or deerstalker.
