Every afternoon me and my friends experience a bad latency.

I play DBD on PC, I live in Brazil and every afternoon me and my friends experience a high ping in our matches.
Our usual pings vary from 30 to 60, but EVERY day since about 10 days ago we have pings from 150 to 200. It lasts from 20 minutes to 1 hour and begins between 12:00 and 15:00 (GMT -3).
It appears as though we are allocated in servers from another region of the world, since the pings are consistent, but high, for all of us.
We just enter in the lobby and look for a match, and it happens.
