Styptic Agent and Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe
Should still be usable even if the medkit has zero charges.
You lose these add-ons anyway after a trial without an expensive ward, plus they still destroy the medkit on use; it is ridiculous you cannot use the item now if a medkit has no charges left.

The nerf was needed in a way, now you need to know the best timing if you want to use the syringe for me its when i pallet stun the killer or when im at a god loop. For styptic agent its probably the best addon to have when you are against a face camping bubba but overall i think its an amazing addon its not like mending is a huge deal in the game

It's 16 seconds and the feedback is that we should have the ability to use these items even after a medkit is depleted.
Used to not matter before the nerf if you depleted charges then the medkit just vanished, that has changed now.

True but a lot of thing have change and the dev dont fix the perk or trophy/achievement with the change they make the best example the end game collapse pig got nerf cause of that and some survivor perk became useless because of that but it was a most needed feature at the time

You couldn't use a medkit without charges before the changes aswell,because then your medkit was completely gone.
If you want to use your styptic agent and anti hemorrragic syringe then you have to pay attention to not fully use your medkit.
