Survivor bypasses model collision with Killer without being hit, using the Snap Out of It action

As the Killer, I found the hatch and proceeded to sacrifice Survivors. When there was one Survivor left, I ran to the hatch and saw them following me to it. I saw they had a key in their hand. I stood on top of the hatch, knowing that if I hit them they escape, and that if I close the hatch they also escape. I stood on the hatch and continuously shocked this Survivor because I had nothing else to do. They refused to go work on gens (their only choice, or so I thought), and instead manipulated and exploited the game. They constantly spammed the Snap Out of It action and then cancelled it while moving toward me. I don't know what the exact criteria or combination of events had to happen for them to get inside my model, but they did and then escaped.

Here's a clip: https://gameclips.io/Nos37/a28c6ebf-0668-490d-bc17-53793132def3

You can see in the clip that they did not find a small section of the hatch to interact with, or else they would have been "vacuumed" into the animation. No, they move inside my model and then interact with the hatch freely.
