PC - teleport in hill as nurse

(sorry for the poor resolution) I was playing as nurse on Father Campbell's Chapel and encountered this bug. I accidentally teleported through a hill with a hook on it, and was able to replicate it very easily. I'm not sure how to show this to someone who can show this to BHVR more quickly, but this is something that should be addressed. I feel this is a very exploitable, and unknown bug.
