(PC) Nurse Spasmodic Addon not granting enough speed.

I'm not sure what speed it was, it felt like it made me a 4.4 m/s killer, but it definitely wasn't the full 4.6 m/s. This happened every time i used the addon in my last game, planning on playing another shortly to confirm. My guess is that with the bug fix from the super speed for the addon is that they made it so it adds .6 m/s, but since her speed is 3.8 m/s it only makes it go to 4.4 m/s.
I used to use the addon a lot after the rework because it was pretty fun and it definitely felt faster before.
